📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • We are seeking an experienced BMS Project Manager to join our Client's dynamic team, working on critical projects in hospitals across the North of England. • This is a home-based role with frequent site visits, offering flexibility and a competitive salary of up to £60,000. • As a BMS Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of Building Management System (BMS) projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. • You will lead the planning, execution, and handover phases while managing stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in BMS or building services, particularly within hospital or healthcare settings. • Strong knowledge of BMS systems (e.g., Trend, Schneider, Siemens, or similar). • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a proven track record of delivering on time and within budget. • Familiarity with the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme (PSDS) is highly advantageous. • Strong understanding of hospital operations and the complexities involved in working within healthcare environments. • Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills. • Ability to travel across the North of England as required.
