📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee National Grid projects up to 132kV. • The successful candidate will manage the planning, execution, and delivery of high-voltage electrical infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and schedule requirements. • This role requires a strong background in managing complex electrical projects, a deep understanding of National Grid standards, and excellent leadership skills.
🎯 Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on high-voltage electrical infrastructure projects up to 132kV. • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of National Grid standards, procedures, and regulations related to high-voltage systems. • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project or Primavera. • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate project teams, manage stakeholders, and resolve conflicts effectively. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make decisions under pressure. • Flexibility: Willingness to travel to project sites across the UK as needed.
