Description

• Primary responsibility will be to provide exemplary customer support via email, phone, and live chat. • Maintain and enhance the company's reputation by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction. • Provide timely and effective support to clients through email, phone, and live chat channels. • Schedule and conduct client walkthroughs or training sessions as requested to ensure clients are proficient in using our software and website resources. • Assist clients in resolving technical issues related to our software and website resources. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical issues, documenting solutions and insights for future reference. • Quickly learn and stay up-to-date with a variety of websites and software programs to provide comprehensive support.

Requirements

• Customer service experience is required. • Strong computer skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. • Proficiency in proper spelling, punctuation, and grammar when writing emails. • Excellent communication skills on the phone, with a friendly and patient demeanor. • Self-motivated and reliable, with a strong commitment to client satisfaction. • Ability to quickly learn and navigate various websites and software programs. • Previous experience in providing software and website support is desired.
