• Lead technical design and development of software solutions • Guide and mentor engineers, ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and drive projects • Be a core contributor of code, tests, and architecture on a small team • Own customer and developer happiness for products in production • Coordinate with leads to define projects and meet business objectives • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews
Requirements
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on backend development • Expertise in serverless and microservice architectures using cloud-native technologies • Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Ability to manage multiple communication channels asynchronously
