• Performs diversified accounting and tax assignments under the direction of supervisor, manager or partner • Participates in planning, scheduling and supervising client engagements • Determines review requirements in tax returns and selects elements to be reviewed • Supervises and instructs staff, reviews results and directs revisions • Meets time constraints and client deadlines • Preparation and organization of tax working papers
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting • 3-5 years of experience in public accounting • CPA license or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam • Strong proficiency in ProSystems • Experience with international compliance forms a plus • Proficiency in computer accounting and tax programs • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks • Excellent oral and written communication skills
