• Gridwise is seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Analyst to improve our gig worker application. • Analyze user behavior and present insights to guide product decisions at Gridwise. • Work with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams for app optimization and growth. • Available to work US hours.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience working as a data analyst on B2C software applications • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy • Strong proficiency working within popular product analytics and marketing tool stacks (e.g. Mixpanel, Segment, Braze, etc.) • Proficiency in SQL and ability to interact directly with databases and warehouses • Experience designing and implementing A/B tests and experiments to evaluate product changes and features • Ability to research and identify market trends, understand customer challenges, and present findings and recommendations to decision makers • Familiarity with common B2C digital advertising channels such as Facebook, Google, Apple, TikTok, etc. • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and data visualization) to effectively present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
