Description
• Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for enhancing operations, delivering exceptional projects, and empowering cross-functional teams? • The Operations Director is responsible for overseeing and optimising operational efficiency, ensuring the successful delivery of client and internal projects. • The role involves leadership skills in planning, managing and delivering projects.
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in project management or related roles • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects successfully • Experience working with external senior stakeholders • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Prince2, PMP, Agile or a combination thereof) • Familiarity with project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project, Airtable, Clickup, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira etc.) • Strong understanding of budget management and financial forecasting • Experience with data management and reporting (e.g. PowerBI or custom reporting solutions) • Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving abilities. • Proven ability to manage and motivate large teams • Strong written and verbal communication • Ability to convey complex ideas to a variety of audiences • Excellent stakeholder management skills • Excellent English language skills
