Description

• Lead on the recruitment of students from Hong Kong, Taiwan and the Greater Bay Area to Institution’s undergraduate and postgraduate programmes • Represent and promote the university to relevant external stakeholders at exhibitions, conferences, and promotional events • Conduct visits to agent offices in Hong Kong, Taiwan and the Greater Bay Area to interview prospective students, provide agent training and build relationships with key agency staff • Develop effective relationships with international and local curriculum schools and their counsellors • Manage enquiries across several platforms from a range of stakeholders (students, agents, school counsellors etc.) ensuring that all enquirers receive a timely response • Develop and deliver an annual regional recruitment • Monitor and evaluate recruitment activities and provide market intelligence to Head and Deputy Heads of International Student Recruitment • Carry out market research with particular focus on our competitor’s entry requirements, scholarships, and programme portfolio • Manage a defined recruitment budget and demonstrate return on investment • Connect with students on social media and create specific regional groups • Liaise with marketing colleagues in London to develop country specific content and testimonials

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in increasingly responsible roles related to education or international education • Experience representing a known institution is a plus • Bachelor's degree with good to strong academic performance • Master's degree is a plus but not essential • Strong English, Cantonese and Mandarin fluency • Proficient in business writing • Eligible to travel to Mainland China and Taiwan • Study or experience abroad strongly preferred • Voluntary or other life experience that demonstrates creativity, hard work, persistence or drive to succeed
