📋 Description
• Manage and optimize presence across local listing platforms like Yelp, Nextdoor, and Thumbtack. • Drive lead volume, manage customer engagement, and improve online reputation. • Collaborate with sales teams for efficient follow-up and marketing campaigns.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years managing local business profiles and lead messaging on Yelp, Nextdoor, or Thumbtack • Experience working with or supporting Yelp Ads or other local paid media • Strong understanding of local marketing, customer communication, and reputation management • Excellent written English and customer-facing messaging skills • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple platforms and priorities • Comfortable working remotely and independently with at least 4 hours of overlap with U.S. hours • Collaborative mindset and experience working with sales or customer service teams.
