Description

• Contribute to front-end development tooling, web-platform and API design • Design beautiful and thoughtful user interfaces and flows • Run user-centric design reviews with a focus on clinical, research and healthcare users • Create front-end component libraries which underpin expressive visualisations of complex, probabilistic and quantitative outputs • Collaborate closely with machine learning scientists, data engineers and clinicians to deliver on new projects • Integrate novel engineering and design work into our biomarker platform • Make critical front end design decisions taking into account user requirements and scale

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience building frontend technology and designing user interfaces • Proficient in TypeScript, React or equivalent core front-end technologies and frameworks • Experience in front end / UX / UI engineering, development and design or equivalent portfolio of work/projects • Experience working with Cloud Platforms, databases and APIs • Experience working both independently and as a part of a team environment • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience in science, engineering and design • Experience with Data Visualisation in a biology or clinical context • Experience with our chosen flavour tech-stack (NextJS, Tailwind, Vercel, D3, Prisma) • Familiarity with modern machine learning and AI methods • Experience working with image data • Experience working with scientists and data engineers on visual features
