Description

• You will work cross-functionally with Account Managers and pre-sales consultants to ensure the projects are scoped correctly and manage all stages of the project lifecycle through a PMI/Prince 2 methodology. • Your exceptional client-facing skills will be essential in engaging with customers, managing expectations, and securing project satisfaction. • Drive the entire project, ensuring all milestones are achieved, and maintain robust financial controls to ensure projects stay within budget. • Your expertise in project financial management will be crucial for accurately planning, forecasting, and achieving project financial objectives. • Engage with customers continuously, survey their feedback on the project implementation, and ensure high customer satisfaction. • Proactively align on project status, risks, and deliverables through effective customer engagement and governance. • After project completion, reflect on the overall performance, implement required changes for future projects, and contribute to reducing Lead to Cash timelines by supporting pre-contract sales activities and identifying process improvement actions.

Requirements

• Strong track record of success in ICT project management or experience in telecommunications projects is a plus. • Proven leadership in projects with excellent team working skills and accountability. • PMI or PRINCE 2 certified, with a background in building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers in the IT/DevOps or Telecommunications area. • Experienced in resource planning and budget management. • Proven ability to manage budgets, work to deadlines, and stay organised under pressure. • Passionate and positive person, who takes accountability and pride in their work. • Strong customer focus and ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment. • Continuously seeking self-development. • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to understand a broad range of business and technical challenges.
