• Groupon is a marketplace where customers discover new experiences and services every day and local businesses thrive. • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for deal management. • Align product initiatives with Groupon’s overall business goals and objectives. • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative features that enhance the merchant experience. • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product delivery (Asana, Jira). • Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand merchant needs and pain points. • Use insights to prioritize product features and improvements. • Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company priorities. • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including post-launch analysis and iteration. • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, merchant support, and marketing, to align product development with business needs. Communicate product updates and progress to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a SaaS fast-paced environment (ideally scale-up/start-up). • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment. • Familiarity with the e-commerce or local commerce industry. • Previous experience managing a team of product managers or related roles. • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle. • Strong technical background with a good understanding of software development processes. • Proficiency in using product management tools such as Figma, Jira, Confluence, and A/B testing platforms. • Excellent data analysis skills, with the ability to derive insights from user data and analytics. • Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively. • Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
