• Develop and write engaging and on-brand social media posts for various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok etc.) • Create compelling and informative blog posts that drive traffic and engagement • Draft newsletters that highlight company updates, product features, and industry insights • Assist in creating and managing ad campaigns across different channels, including Google Ads, social media ads, and email marketing • Collaborate with the executive team to ensure all marketing materials meet the required specifications and brand guidelines • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, suggesting improvements where necessary • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably as a generalist • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms • Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing analytics tools • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
