Description

• Grove is looking for a Finance Manager to join our growing FP&A team! In this role, you’ll play a critical part in driving financial strategy and supporting decision-making with executive leadership, directly impacting strategic opportunities across the company.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance or FP&A in a high-growth startup or tech-driven environment • Direct-to-consumer, Retail or CPG experience a plus • Self-starter with a bias for action who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can accelerate the team’s potential • Adaptable and forward-thinking with a strong attention to detail, capable of diving deep into numbers while keeping the big picture in mind • Strong handle on the three financial statements and how business decisions impact each • Proven ability to build trusting relationships with business partners and present to executives • Highly organized, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously • Experience with financial planning software and ERP systems such as Adaptive or Netsuite • Exceptional proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; comfort with large datasets
