• GROW Inc is a FinTech solving big problems in Superannuation and Managed Funds industry. • We’re disrupting wealth management with our platform built on Distributed Ledger Technology. • Collaborate with team members to analyze business requirements and design data models. • Provide clean datasets for reporting and insight generation. • Engage in continuous improvement of data pipelines and engineering best practices.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong technical experience with languages and tools such as - Python, Spark, DBT, Databricks • Collaborate with team members to collect business requirements, define successful analytics outcomes, and design data models • Provide clean and appropriate data sets/views for data and reporting requirements to be delivered • Provide insights and workshop with Data Engineers the gaps of data in the data lake for data engineers to pipeline in • Apply appropriate statistical calculations and models against data sets in GROW’s Data Lake • Continuous improvement activities on performance optimisation of all data pipelines and data stores, applying engineering best practices to code ie Versioning, automated testing, CI/CD • Provide input into the discovery and solution phase for Business/Client needs, assessing risk in exposing data and working inline with GROW’s risk framework
