Description
• Lead the establishment and development of GROW’s information architecture. • Create, update, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation. • Develop and implement content strategies for technical documentation. • Work closely with engineers, product managers, and UX/UI designers. • Organize and manage documentation repositories. • Review and edit documentation for accuracy and adherence to standards. • Gather and incorporate user feedback to improve documentation quality. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the technology industry. • Experience with software documentation is highly desirable. • Strong understanding of software development processes, APIs, programming languages, and other technical subjects. • Experience with cloud technologies, DevOps, or cybersecurity is a plus. • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders. • Proficiency with documentation tools. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
