• Assist the Head of the Outbound CC in managing day-to-day operations, including sales strategies, performance monitoring, and process optimization. • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of outbound call center agents to achieve KPIs and sales targets. • Coordinate team and Jira requests. • Analyze performance metrics, provide actionable insights, and implement improvements of outbound campaigns to increase productivity and conversion rates. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, CRM, and Customer Support) to develop effective outbound call campaigns. • Step into the role of Head of Outbound Call Center in her absence, taking full responsibility for the department.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within an outbound call center or sales environment. • Experience in betting and gambling is a must. • Strong knowledge of outbound sales strategies and call center technology. • At least Upper-Intermediate English. • Experience in setting and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
