Description
•Provide comprehensive support to employees throughout their lifecycle, including onboarding, conducting performance reviews, facilitating 1-to-1 meetings, and off-boarding procedures. •Enhance team communication across various locations to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment of goals. •Utilize HRM systems to manage and streamline employee lifecycle processes effectively. •Participate in interviews, assessing soft skills and alignment with corporate values to ensure the recruitment of suitable candidates. •Assist in the development of specialists by identifying training needs and contributing to the creation of Personal Development Plans (PDPs). •Proactively identify and resolve conflict situations within the team. •Contribute to HR analytics preparation to gain insights into workforce trends and dynamics.
Requirements
•3+ years of experience in an internal HR role, such as People Partner or HR Manager. •Demonstrated experience working with international teams, preferably in a multicultural environment. •Proficiency in English. •Knowledge of employee evaluation methods and various motivational techniques. •Previous experience in the IT/iGaming industry will be considered a plus.
