Description

• Manage a cross-cultural team of creative copywriters and all phases of creative development; • Lead brainstorming sessions for copywriters and ensure the discovery of multiple powerful and unique local insights for upcoming campaigns; • Organize the timely product big ideas for 360° marketing campaigns and their scalability across different channels - independently or through the crystallization of copywriters' ideas; • Create the core copy for the campaign (slogan, CTA, scripts for TVC, radio, etc.) and fine-tune texts provided by copywriters to make them short, catchy, and straight to the point; • Create non-standard ideas for activities in different channels: BTL, PR, SoMe, etc; • Generate ideas and write scripts for creative video content on social media (reels); • Arrange high-quality native adaptations of voiceovers, slogans, scripts and other types of creative copy into multiple languages, including the local languages of Asian countries; • Create tone-of-voice and content style guides for new brands; • Cooperate closely with the design team to develop creative concepts for key visuals, including team briefings and brainstorming sessions; • Lead learning sessions for the creative team, such as case studies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in related areas as an individual contributor (creative copywriter, content creator); • 1+ years of experience in managing internal and external teams or copywrites would be a plus; • Experience in working with task management systems (JIRA, Asana, etc.) and freelance platforms (Upwork, etc); • Familiarity with the complete TVC production cycle, including ideation, production, and final video quality assurance; • Fluent English; • Knowledge of the betting/gambling industry will be a plus.
