• Perform high-level research across target GEO: identify opportunities to rank, perform keyword clustering and in-depth analysis of users' search intent. • Develop and implement SEO & content strategy to drive organic growth. • Prepare budget plans, prove their necessity, adjust and optimize costs. • Lead a high-performing SEO and SEO content managers team. • Work with developers to implement essential changes. • Work in close collaboration with marketing teams. • Track websites' performance: collect weekly and monthly stats on key SEO metrics, analyze deviations, find solutions and opportunities. • Report regarding SEO strategy and Organic channel performance to the Head of Marketing.
• 6+ years experience in SEO for Google. • 1+ years experience in a similar (TL) role. • Experience in gray/black niches. • Experience in leading a team, organic growth strategy, and owning the long-term vision with a track record of successfully balancing priorities and delivering on KPIs. • Profound knowledge of how Google algorithms work in relevant niches/markets. • Deep understanding of Google updates principles and how to recover from penalties. • Deep knowledge of key traffic conversion metrics and how SEO impacts them. • Software Tools: GA, Tableau, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Serpstat, Similarweb etc; Google Workspace. • Highly analytical, and data-driven strategist. • English - Upper-Intermediate (written and spoken). • Good to have: experience in launching projects from scratch. • Good to have: Spanish language.
