📋 Description

• Internship to start Summer 2025. • Competitive pay starting at $20/hr. • Under general supervision, this position involves learning and performing duties within Store Operations. • The role is responsible for supporting front-line operations activities, including all operational processes, process enhancements, regulatory requirements, and assistance with Store Operations projects. • The ideal candidate must be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, providing constructive feedback, and demonstrating a strong desire to improve efficiency within a credit union environment. • This role is fully remote, with the option to work from our HQ or retail locations. Sedentary role. • Must be able and willing to collaborate on camera via Microsoft Teams and Cisco WebEx. • Requires a minimum of 20 hrs./week (maximum of 29 hrs./week). Hours are flexible between 8am-5pm, Monday - Friday.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business Operations or another related field from an accredited college or university. • Must have working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint. • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with credit union personnel. • Must be able to work independently in a fast paced environment. • Must be able to learn complex skills or software. • Experience with Visio or other visualization tools preferred. • Familiarity with Lean / Six Sigma principals preferred.
