📋 Description

• Lead a team of designers and marketers, providing feedback to ensure brand-consistent content • Write copy and develop briefs optimized for direct response across various platforms • Facilitate content creator briefings and manage product shipping logistics • Ensure successful execution of creative concepts aligned with brand objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Creative Director or similar • Experience writing copy & developing creative briefs • Experience developing high-converting creatives for paid campaigns • A bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, graphic design, visual communication, or a related field • Proven experience in social media marketing • Excellent communication (with an emphasis on superior written comms), presentation, and interpersonal skills • A keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and usability • 1+ years experience as a Creative Director, Creative Producer, or Creative Strategist in an e-commerce business or direct response marketing role is a PLUS! • Experience with consumer research/insights is highly preferred • Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, Figma, etc. • Recent experience working in US office hours
