📋 Description
• Oversee the quality assurance of CRM campaigns • Ensure accuracy and compliance across various channels • Strong eye for detail and technical troubleshooting skills • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver error-free campaigns
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience with an ESP platform (Braze preferred, but Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar is acceptable) • 1+ years of experience in QA-specific tasks for CRM campaigns • Proficiency with JIRA (or similar), Slack, G-Suite, and CRM systems (email, push, in-app messaging) • Familiarity with HTML for troubleshooting dynamic email tags and templates • Understanding of CAN-SPAM and other email compliance regulations
