📋 Description

• Take detailed meeting notes and prepare dossiers for key meetings. • Manage daily agendas, including top-of-day emails, task reminders, and meeting preparation. • Organize project plans, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure seamless execution. • Provide weekly reports and manage data entry on internal project boards. • Communicate regularly with key stakeholders to gather feedback and insights. • Handle ad-hoc data exports and maintain dashboards. • Collaborate with creative and copy teams as needed. • Capture action items, assign tasks within project management tools (e.g., ClickUp), and ensure timely completion.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of project management experience specific to marketing campaigns • Demonstrated history of strong communication, attention to detail, and follow-through • Background/work history in Finance space • 2+ years using ClickUp for project management (or similar tool) • Demonstrated ability to manage project work streams from start to finish • 2+ years of Excel/Google Sheets experience (Basic - Intermediate experience) • Willingness to work PST (Pacific Standard Timezone)
