🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook, Instagram) • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and audience targeting tools • Strong understanding of budget management, bid strategies, and placement optimization • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and performance analysis • Familiarity with deep links and UTM parameters for tracking and optimization • Ability to interpret analytics data and generate actionable insights • Strong troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving campaign issues
