β’ About us: Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. β’ Youβll be part of a remote-friendly team reporting directly to the Senior Manager of People Operations and working closely with the Senior People Operations Generalist. β’ Act as the administrative expert for the employee lifecycle, supporting onboarding, role changes, and offboarding. β’ Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, representing Grow throughout their onboarding journey and welcome sessions. β’ Manage benefits administration including billing reconciliation and partnering with our broker. β’ Communicate effectively with a high level of customer service and maintain professional working relationships.
β’ You are adaptable, agile, and have People Operations experience at a startup or fast growing organization β’ You have strong foundational understanding of payroll administration practices β’ You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with a diversity of people in a high-touch, personalized manner. β’ You are highly proficient with Microsoft Excel & Google Suite and have strong analytical skills β’ You are comfortable with a high volume and evolving workload; open-minded to learning new skills β’ You have the ability to maintain and protect confidential data with great discretion, judgment, and the highest standard of honesty and integrity. β’ You have an understanding of industry laws, regulations and standards
