Description

β€’ About us: Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. β€’ You’ll be part of a remote-friendly team reporting directly to the Senior Manager of People Operations and working closely with the Senior People Operations Generalist. β€’ Act as the administrative expert for the employee lifecycle, supporting onboarding, role changes, and offboarding. β€’ Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, representing Grow throughout their onboarding journey and welcome sessions. β€’ Manage benefits administration including billing reconciliation and partnering with our broker. β€’ Communicate effectively with a high level of customer service and maintain professional working relationships.

Requirements

β€’ You are adaptable, agile, and have People Operations experience at a startup or fast growing organization β€’ You have strong foundational understanding of payroll administration practices β€’ You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with a diversity of people in a high-touch, personalized manner. β€’ You are highly proficient with Microsoft Excel & Google Suite and have strong analytical skills β€’ You are comfortable with a high volume and evolving workload; open-minded to learning new skills β€’ You have the ability to maintain and protect confidential data with great discretion, judgment, and the highest standard of honesty and integrity. β€’ You have an understanding of industry laws, regulations and standards
