• We are seeking a Growth Assistant to assist our team in implementing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. • Assist in setting up and managing A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different strategies, including variations in ad copy, landing pages, and user flows. • Support the creation of marketing content and creative assets for various campaigns. • Analyze growth metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. • Prepare regular reports on growth metrics, campaign performance, and other key indicators. • Assist in managing marketing budgets, including allocation, tracking, and reporting on spend across different campaigns.
• 2+ years of experience in a marketing role. • Understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies. • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo). • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. • Ability to work during U.S. work hours (PT/ ET).
