Requirements
• Proven experience in leading technical teams to deliver complex projects on time and with high quality. • Strong product thinking with the ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers. • Experience in backend engineering, particularly in building scalable and high-performance systems. • Proficiency in Go and familiarity with relational databases like PostgreSQL and caching systems such as Redis. • Experience in full-stack development is beneficial. • Familiarity with blockchain technology and its applications is advantageous.
