• Develop domain knowledge and business process understanding. • Work with product owner and stakeholders to elicit business requirements and refine into actionable plans. • Design systems that meet customer needs and align to architecture guardrails. • Configure and integrate vendor-sourced enterprise software with other internal systems. • Actively participate in an integrated DevOps Team utilizing Agile methodologies with a strong change management focus. • Provide daily operational support for multiple applications by troubleshooting incidents, identifying root causes and solutions, resolving problems, designing, and implementing configuration changes, and monitoring performance. • Communicate proactively and respond quickly to production issues and project work with a strong customer focus. • Monitor interfaces/data loads, administer security, and provide feedback/solutions on application performance. • Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with team members to address tactical and strategic issues. • Develop and maintain support documentation. • Ensure IP Compliance on systems and software as appropriate.
