Description

• The bridge between onshore Product and offshore development • Conduct research to identify, document, prioritize and present the pain points of the customer experience • Assess and analyze the customer experience and business processes • Work with Product Manager and Sr Product Manager to plan and implement business functionality • Draft epics, user stories and prioritize the backlog • Collaborate with Project Manager and Development team • Be accountable for product specific OKRs and communicate progress to stakeholders

Requirements

• Knowledge of SCM and WMS • English advanced • 3+ years of product management experience • 2+ years of experience with cloud/B2B/SaaS/enterprise products • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification and/or SAFe PO/PM (nice to have) • Experience in agile projects (Scrum, Kanban) • Experience in ALM tools (Jira, Confluence) • Understanding of digital user experience concepts • Strong technical acumen related to Data Analytics and associated tool sets • Ability to manage high complex projects in both agile and waterfall
