Description
• Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements • Managing the product backlog and prioritizing the tasks based on changing requirements • Creation of Features • Collaboration with DevOps team on stories and Features • Collaboration with Product Line Manager on Epics and Portfolio Epics • Overseeing all stages of product creation, including design and development • Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process • Working with the product team and end-users to deliver updates and status reports • Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprint • Contribution to quarterly newsletters and team planning • ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).
Requirements
• 8 YOE • Ability to multitask • Ability to learn on the job • In-depth knowledge of agile methodology for project management • Understanding of business value related to features and functions • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with ADO • Familiarity with Power BI • Familiarity with .Net • Familiarity with Enovia • Familiarity with Azure/Azure Portal • Familiarity with SaaS, PaaS, Iaa • Knowledge of manufacturing processes • Knowledge of commercialization process within Chevron • Formulation experience • PO/PM certification • Scrum Master certification • Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM). • Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira or Trello.
