Description

• Responsible for providing expert support for Linux OS/Windows and Infra customer issues. • Participate in Major incident handling and troubleshoot service request failures. • Quick responses during escalations and drive initiatives for improvement. • Conduct Root Cause analysis for service requests failures/outages. • Coordinate work between various teams and bring in Continuous Improvement Initiatives. • Focus on automation enhancements and streamline operating procedures.

Requirements

• 8+ years of related professional experience • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT Management. • Cloud knowledge in Public Cloud Domains like Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP. • Expert Linux Administrator with experience in public cloud administrations. • Strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking. • Very good communication and networking skills. • Experience of safeguarding customer relationship. • Strong customer service focus. • Very good English language skill. • Pacemaker experience is a must. • ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).
