• The Business Analyst is responsible for working with key project stakeholders to capture business and user requirements as Stories. • Leads business process definition, re-engineering, improvement and gap analysis of current and to-be processes during workshops with key sponsors and stakeholders. • Identifies areas of process improvement (efficiency and effectiveness) and recommends solutions that detail pros, cons and risks. • Promoting continuous process improvement practices through process metrics/KPIs, dashboards and role accountabilities. • Collaborates with the Technical Consultant and ServiceNow Architect to design the optimal technical implementation strategy and during the creation High Level Solution Designs. • Collaborates with the Product Owner, Business Process Lead & Process Owner and Test Manager to establish tests.
• Experience: 5 to 8 Years • Solid understanding (both functional and technical) of ServiceNow platform and product suites as a Business Analyst • Demonstrated previous experience in using Agile Business Analysis such as Scrum, Kanban • Possess very good understanding of what constitutes a theme, epic, story and the related attributes for each of the element • Able to perform map-gap analysis of the AS-IS states to TO-BE • Very good communication skills and being able to abstract information to different sets of stakeholders - customers, stakeholders, design partners and core team • Sound understanding of ITIL concepts and processes • Sound (and fast) documentation skills • Expertise in related BA skills such as Wireframing, Prototyping, Story boarding would be a big advantage • Highly proficient in ITSM and CMDB domains • Fair level of understanding of ITOM domain • ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).
