Description

• Play a crucial role in managing negotiations and drafting changes for client contracts. • Handle contract, amendment, and service order form negotiations and administration. • Ensure compliance with company practices, policies and legal requirements. • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to contracts.

Requirements

• Licensed/practicing attorney in the United States. • Proven experience (3+ years) working as a contract attorney or in a similar role in a company, within technology and/or telecommunications industry. • Knowledge of network access, telecom hardware/software contracts – highly beneficial. • Strong understanding of contract law principles and legal terminology. • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines. • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing contract negotiations. • Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.
