📋 Description

• Responsible for processing medical certifications in a high production environment • Reviewing Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and other absence certifications • Providing accurate and timely responses to communications • Contacting medical providers for clarification of medical facts • Maintaining complete and accurate documentation of leaves • Corresponding with clients regarding leave status • Processing reports for clients and short term disability partners • Inputting and analyzing data • Demonstrating respect, sensitivity, and confidentiality while maintaining professionalism • Meeting and adhering to production and quality goals • Engaging in ongoing education and training

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, High School Degree or equivalent required • 1+ years of human resource, claim management or leave and disability experience • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Quick thinking, high energy, positive, and professional with demonstrated multi-tasking and critical thinking skills • Strong time management and deliverable ownership • Ability to work independently • Strong attention to detail • Good analytical skills • Bilingual Spanish is a plus • High-speed internet and a professional workspace that is free from distraction, disruption or outside noise
