• Führe individuelle Beratungen zur Pflege im häuslichen Umfeld durch. • Unterstütze Menschen dabei, die beste Lösung für ihre Pflegesituation zu finden. • Berate deine Kunden entweder direkt vor Ort in deiner Region oder flexibel von Zuhause aus. • Übernehme eigenverantwortlich die Akquise neuer Kunden.
🎯 Requirements
• Sehr gute sprachliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift. • Sicher in Word, Excel und Social Media. • Selbstständiges Arbeiten. • Abgeschlossene Qualifikation als Pflegefachkraft und praktische Erfahrung. • Zertifizierungen in der Pflegeberatung nach §7a SGB XI, §37.3 SGB XI (idealerweise oder Ausbildung bei uns). • Echtes Interesse an der Pflegeberatung. • Kommunikations- und Sozialkompetenz. • Kreativität und eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise. • Mobilität und Flexibilität. • Ein bestehendes Kundenbuch ist ein Plus. • Eine weitere Sprache in Wort und Schrift ist von Vorteil. • Zusätzliche Qualifikationen oder ein bestehendes Netzwerk in der Pflegebranche sind gern gesehen.
