Description

• Monitor and analyze funding plans and organization spending projections • Work with budget analysts to prepare the end-of-year reporting • Provide budgetary and financial management services • Provide detailed, comparative projections of financial data and spending plans • Monitor and analyze funding plans and organization spending projections; prepare justifications as needed • Prepare financial data summaries for inclusion in routine and special reports on budgetary issues • Perform detailed budget analysis on various budget categories and information submitted by the divisions and programs of the Institute

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Knowledge of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) policies and guidelines • At least FOUR (4) years of Budget formulation, accounting, and financial analysis experience • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, specifically spreadsheet development and management • Knowledge of federal budgetary and accounting practices • SharePoint Experience • Experience with Annual budget preparation and reconciliation, funds tracking, and auditing • Knowledge of standard accounting forms (Profit Loss, balance sheet) • Advanced Presentation and writing skills • Experience with Account reconciliation and Fiscal year closeout • Knowledge of Data Analytics
