Description

• As part of Guidehouse’s Digital Data - Intelligent Automation team, work on high-impact projects. • Build the future of Intelligent Automation in the Artificial Intelligence and RPA Center of Excellence. • Solve clients’ critical challenges using Advanced Analytics, AI/ML, and RPA. • Implement automation solutions from requirements gathering to developing, testing, and deploying.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required and an ability to obtain a Secret clearance • Bachelor's degree is required • Minimum FOUR (4) years experience in developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining automation, analytical, or dashboard solutions, with 2 of those years of experience with UiPath automations • Ability and desire to work on a fast-paced, technical team that is constantly growing and taking on new challenges • Effective communication to various audiences (including various levels of management and external clients) in a professional environment • Gathering requirements and process mapping • Business skills and experience in IT • Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to communicate clearly about technical issues and needs to clients during meetings • Strong organization and self-management skills, ability to self sufficiently complete assigned tasks on time, willingness to ask questions when unclear, and the willing to take initiative and follow through • Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities • Identifying and addressing client needs, building relationships with clients, demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks, communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor
