Description

• Collecting business requirements, and documenting processes • Presenting recommendations to leadership, including process enhancements, and system features • Assessing both functional and technical needs for the project • Testing and validating the solution meets user requirements • Facilitating sessions with stakeholders

Requirements

• BA/BS degree • A minimum of three (3) years of experience administering or consulting with Salesforce • Minimum of 1 (1) Current Salesforce Certifications (Admin, App Builder & Sales/Service/Community Clouds) • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Great teamwork and collaboration skills • Experience with Agile or Hybrid-Agile methodology • Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering (nice to have) • Experience in “Big 4” or equivalent established consulting firm and/or Salesforce Platinum partner highly desired (nice to have) • Experience with public sector clients preferred (nice to have) • Experience with data migrations to and from Salesforce (nice to have) • Experience writing Epics, and user stories to capture Salesforce requirements (nice to have) • Experience with business process definition, process mapping, and reengineering (nice to have) • Demonstrable experience in at least one of Public Sector Solutions or Omnistudio (nice to have) • MBA preferred (nice to have)
