Description

• Work closely with multiple Product Management, Development, QA and other stakeholders to plan and deliver high-quality software using agile/scrum processes. • Generate and track agile metrics as it relates to scrum team predictability and productivity with a focus towards continuous improvement. • Schedule and facilitate scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, grooming, demos, and retrospectives. • Understand the product and technology well enough to support the project, identify and communicate risks, and drive issue resolution. • Ensure the team has a clear understanding of the quality of software they are developing and is constantly working to improve that quality. • Maintain consistent communication at the team and program level, and with critical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree. • 4 years of additional experience can be substituted for a degree. • Minimum Four (4) years’ experience leading agile teams as Scrum Master or Project Manager. • Ability to foster and maintain a positive and creative work environment for team members including dealing with conflict within the team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent organization and time management skills. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Must be US Citizen. • Ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust clearance.
