Description

• Analyze scientific, clinical, financial and strategic information to discern business implications of new technologies and emerging trends. • Conduct primary research interviews with clinicians, thought leaders, and executives in the healthcare industry. • Manage and mentor junior staff. • Prepare and present written reports to senior management and clients. • Define patient treatment journeys and identify potential Patient Services engagement points. • Conduct secondary market research on competitor offerings. • Develop Patient Services Program Blueprints and detailed program designs. • Support requirements definition and operational build out of PS HUBs. • Define methodologies to measure PS program performance and analyze metrics. • Engage executive level audiences to deliver actionable insights and recommendations. • Support identification of business development opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 3-5 years of transferrable consulting or work experience in Patient Services and/or related functions. • Must be willing and able to travel to client sites across the US, up to 20% of the time. • Authorized to work for any US employer without sponsorship.
