Description

• Responsible for supporting the design, development, and continuous improvement of enterprise Service Management solutions in ServiceNow • Following industry standards, the successful candidate will collaborate with the existing internal ServiceNow team (and customers) on activities and development projects • Development efforts will include (but are not limited to) custom portal pages, modules, API and software integrations, customized web pages, User interface policies, scripts, etc • The ServiceNow Developer will participate in administration of ServiceNow to include upgrades, updates, etc. as needed • Maintains technical expertise relevant industry standards and best practices in ServiceNow • Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of product requirements into systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints • Develops creative technical solutions to complex problems • Work is performed based on documented Project Implementation Plans • Exercises judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results • Applies technical expertise and knowledge of other related disciplines

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven ServiceNow development experience with relevant certs • A well-rounded technology consulting experience desired, to include, ability to define requirements, lead client meetings, facilitate UAT, etc. • Experience with ServiceNow automated testing framework (ATF) desired • Local to DC area and able to come in person 2 times a week • Active Secret or ability to obtain Secret clearance. • Domain expertise in at least one ServiceNow product (ITSM, HRSD, GRC, CSM, SPM) • Designing and implementing IT and Non-IT related process workflows, procedures and technical standards. • Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including client requirement analysis and system design. • Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology.
