• Guidewire is seeking a star product marketer to help promote our Marketplace and strategic technology partnerships for the $2T global P&C insurance industry. Your work will convince the world’s insurers that only Guidewire can help them to innovate and grow their businesses profitably. • You are curious, creative, and fast moving. You persuade your audience into action with an exceptional command of language and masterful articulation of technical and business concepts in both letter and form. You are equally comfortable collaborating on vision, running enablement events, and building effective marketing assets. You work well across teams and at all levels of organizations, and are passionate about inspiring enthusiasm across marketing, product, and sales teams to vanquish market-inhibiting challenges.
• 5+ years of experience in product marketing with a focus on B2B enterprise software, preferably in fintech or insurtech. • Experience in collaboration with partner and channel teams on enterprise software go-to-market motions. • Demonstrated experience developing high-impact positioning, messaging, and sales and marketing assets. • Outstanding spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level business executives. • A creative mind, innovative thinking, and a willingness to take risks, fail fast, iterate, and learn. • Excellent internal collaboration skills and a proven ability to build relationships with individuals and teams that are peers, executives, internal customers, and Guidewire customers around the globe. BA consistent track record in learning rapidly and mastering new skills. • Strong program management skills including goal setting, milestone planning, progress reports, and collaboration. • Sense of humor, fun, and empathy for colleagues and customers are prized qualities in this team. • Willingness to travel up to 15% of time.
