• Join Guidewire as a Professional Services Technical Enablement Program Manager. • Empower Professional Services team with essential skills and knowledge. • Design and deliver impactful learning experiences that drive adoption.
🎯 Requirements
• A minimum of 3-5 years in Guidewire Professional Services. • Proven experience in training individuals and groups on both technical topics and soft skills. • Expertise in adult learning principles and their application to training. • A track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects from start to finish. • Good understanding of the property and casualty insurance business. • Experience implementing Guidewire software as either a Technical Consultant or a Business Analyst/Architect. • Proficiency with software tools such as Google Suite, Jira, eLearning platforms and Highspot. • Possess strong technical knowledge of Guidewire products and services (e.g., InsuranceSuite products, InsuranceSuite integration, GWCP platform). • Have experience with cloud technologies and SaaS products. • Demonstrate strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail. • Exhibit excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. • Ability to multitask and quickly adapt to a changing environment. • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, occasionally internationally.
