Description

• In this role, you’ll have a meaningful impact on Gusto’s second largest product and business • Owning our main user-facing journey and growing Gusto’s health insurance brokerage • Driving the roadmap for guiding small and mid-sized businesses on optimally offering benefits specific to their firmographics, employee needs and budget across the country, and the globe

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on Product Management experience • Exceptional cross-functional collaborator and leader • Ability to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends, build business cases, define product vision and strategy, and create a supporting roadmap that rapidly iterates into delivering on your vision • Entrepreneurial, driven, passionate about our mission, and have deep empathy for our customers • Built products at scale with good UX that users love • Bonus points for insurance industry experience or experience in a regulated industry (e.g., fintech, property-tech, etc.)
