Requirements
• 10+ years of product design experience, including 3+ years of mobile design • Strong understanding of mobile-first design principles • Proven ability to lead design efforts in complex domains • Skills in maintaining design quality and accessibility • Experience influencing product and business strategy • Knowledge of web and native mobile design nuances • Comfortable with defining and re-designing mobile application architecture • Bonus: Experience creating mobile design systems
Benefits
• Cash compensation range is $174,000/yr - $235,000/yr in most remote locations • Expected to work from the office 2-3 days per week for local locations • Collaborative and inclusive workplace
