Description

• Help to define the architecture of systems and integrations, bring innovation to the table, and making sure design docs are up to date. • Ensure successful deliveries, and promote the long-term technical health of our journeys. • Ensure a high bar on code quality standards, making sure devs are proud of their work. • Spread development best practices such as code reviews, pair programming, TDD, etc. • Build reusable code for future use. • Take part in incident resolution and troubleshooting in the production. • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience. • Experience designing and developing complex modern web applications. • Experience with at least two different programming languages such as Kotlin, Java, Golang or Scala. • Experience with microservices and high volume distributed systems. • Experience in developing RESTful web services collaborating with front-end teams to create mocks, define payloads, and HTTP status of APIs. • Experience with SQL/NoSQL technology such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB. • Experience dealing with event-driven architectures and message brokers such as RabbitMQ, KAFKA. • Experienced in implementing prototypes and in practices and concepts such as MVP, A/B testing, and feature toggles. • Experience applying computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithm design, problem-solving, and complexity analysis. • Experience with monitoring, observability, and KPIs tracking. • Experience with Cloud-based architectures in the AWS. • You have well developed communication skills, you are capable of clearly articulate ideas when communicate to groups. • Ability to communicate in English.
