Description

• Maintain data-focused culture and drive strategic initiatives at Wellhub. • Develop data operation for Wellhub’s growth strategy and products. • Define and enforce efficient operational processes and provide insights. • Partner with global teams to provide solutions as a strategic partner. • Generate and govern business-focused dashboards and educate stakeholders.

Requirements

• Relevant work experience in analyzing large data sets and synthesizing insights. • Experience managing stakeholder requests and prioritization. • Excellent SQL skills and ability to translate business requests into code. • Experience building data visualizations (e.g., Tableau, Looker). • Experience creating Data Tables for Departmental Consumption. • Exposure to Python or other scripting languages. • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. • Driven self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. • Passion for excellence and continuous improvement. • Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical audiences. • Strong critical thinking and solution identification skills. • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
