Description

• Spearhead the strategy, development, and deployment of AI models • Lead a multidisciplinary team of data scientists and domain experts • Drive research initiatives in generative AI • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate generative models • Oversee the fine-tuning of pre-trained models • Lead a high-performing data science team • Inspire and empower others to care for their wellbeing

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field • Extensive experience in Python and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch • Proven experience leading data science teams • Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic planning • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Expertise in model fine-tuning and deployment (preferred) • Proven track record in generative AI models development (preferred) • Familiarity with NLP and/or computer vision applications (preferred) • Experience with vector databases (preferred)
