📋 Description
• Oversee a team of software engineers in Brazil. • Participate in critical service development focusing on sustainability. • Collaborate with Product Manager to assess tasks. • Ensure effective agile ceremonies and address process bottlenecks. • Perform mentoring and regular one-on-ones with team members. • Design and improve services focusing on performance and resilience. • Manage technical debts and engineering backlogs. • Support and enhance existing systems and functionality. • Participate in incident resolution and troubleshooting. • Maintain project technical vision and work with cutting-edge technologies. • Inspire and empower team members in a supportive environment.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience. • Experience managing and mentoring multidisciplinary software engineering teams. • Experience architecting large-scale multi-tier web applications. • Experience designing and developing complex modern web applications. • Familiarity with Cloud-based architectures (AWS/GCP). • Proficient in developing RESTful web services. • Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals. • Experience with event-driven architectures and message brokers. • Knowledge of DDD, SOLID, and Design Patterns in distributed systems. • Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL technologies. • Excellent communication skills for collaboration across cultures. • Ability to articulate ideas clearly in English.
